Return/Refund Policy

We regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on our grooming products. However, we do accept returns for manufacturing defect or products damaged during transportation. If you find any manufacturing defect, please write to us or call our customer care number within 24 hours of receiving the product. Customer delight is of utmost importance at Hajamat, any product having manufacturing defect or transit damage will be refunded or replaced.

We do not provide pick up service of the return products. The product should be shipped by the customers at their own responsibility. The product should be unused, unwashed in its original condition along with its order invoice. Once we receive the product, it will undergo inspection and upon approval from our Quality Assurance Team refund/replacement will be processed within 3 days after receipt of return shipment.
